Subject: [PATCH] MIPS: BMIPS: Enable additional peripheral and CPU support in
 defconfig

Also, add an LE defconfig for set-top box (BCM7xxx).  This will allow the
BMIPS kernel to run on several non-BCM3384 platforms.
