Subject: [PATCH] ARM: shmobile: bockw: Do not disable CONFIG_INOTIFY_USER in
 defconfig

CONFIG_INOTIFY_USER is required for udev to function.
This change brings the bockw defconfig into line with
other shmobile defconfigs.
