Subject: [PATCH] [PATCH] Ensure that 'make distclean' does not delete files in
 '.git'

Currently, 'make distclean' causes stgit to barf since it may delete
files in .git/patches.  We really shouldn't allow 'make distclean'
anywhere near .git...
