Subject: [PATCH] pinctrl: at91: disable PD or PU before enabling PU or PD

Disable Pull-Down or Pull-Up property before enabling Pull-Up or
Pull-Down, because the pin's Pull-Up and Pull-Down property is
mutually exclusive.
