Subject: [PATCH] mfd: sh_mobile_sdhi MMC_CAP_MMC_HIGHSPEED support

Add MMC_CAP_MMC_HIGHSPEED support to the sh_mobile_sdhi
driver. Also, remove type cast and FIXME comment.
