Subject: [PATCH] [PATCH] lockdep: clean up VERY_VERBOSE define

Cleanup: the VERY_VERBOSE define was unnecessarily dependent on #ifdef VERBOSE
- while the VERBOSE switch is 0 or 1 (always defined).
