Subject: [PATCH] update-rc.d.bbclass: make prerm and postrm dpkg-compatible

* prerm : only stop service at the "upgrade" and "remove" steps
* postrm : only remove symlinks at the "remove" and "purge" steps, after
  checking the init script no longer exists
