Subject: [PATCH] Documentation/memory-barriers.txt: Prohibit speculative
 writes

No SMP architecture currently supporting Linux allows
speculative writes, so this commit updates
Documentation/memory-barriers.txt to prohibit them in Linux core
code.  It also records restrictions on their use.
