Subject: [PATCH] usb: dwc3: gadget: set state to NOT_ATTACHED on
 disconnect_irq

whenever we get a Disconnect Interrupt, we should
make sure to update out udc state to NOT_ATTACHED,
otherwise sysfs will show wrong values.
