bitbake.conf: add XZ_INTEGRITY_CHECK and LZMA_COMPRESSION_LEVEL variables

Linux kernel has support for XZ Embedded and it has limited support
for integrity checking. Currently only 'crc32' and 'none' are
supported.

This patch allows change it and defaults it to 'crc32' for safeness.

The LZMA_COMPRESSION_LEVEL variable has been add for cpio.lzma image
format since the XZ equivalent variable has already available and in
use. It defaults for best compression ratio.

gettext.bbclass: Add virtclass DEPENDS prepends

With BBCLASSEXTEND recipes which also modify DEPENDS_virtclass-native
gettext.bbclass is otherwise not working and gettext-native isn't
added.  So we need to have a DEPENDS_virtclass-$foo_prepend to
make sure GETTEXT_DEPENDS gets in.

policykit / policykit-gnome: Add 0.100

This version supports shadow or pam auth so we key that off of the
pam DISTRO_FEATURE.  This version is default now that distros
which wouldn't be able to build this due to dependencies lock down
to 0.96.

* 0.53.1 brings some improvements over 0.52 which was released
more than 2 years ago. For more details, check the changelog here :

* we are using DROPBEAR_SMALL_CODE as a default which saves ~50kB
but makes the symmetrical ciphers (AES, DES etc) slower (perhaps by 50%)
