linux-handhelds-2.6: Make override dirs consistent.
* Historically, latest kernel version used "linux-handhelds-2.6" override
dir, while older releases used "linux-handhelds-2.6-<ver>" dirs. This is
somewhat confusing and makes people look at wrong places. Make consistent.
* Also, drop old/broken subreleases, update cvs recipe.

distro/openwrt-sdk.conf: Distro config to build packages for OpenWRT.
* Only package building is supported (not images).
* Uses SDK tarballs from OpenWRT projects.
* The distro itself is fully target-agnostic, you should just install correct
SDK tarball and pass correct TARGET_ARCH (using environment vs local.conf is highly
recommended).

x11-sato-image: renamed poky-image-base as this image is not related to any of Poky images.
In Poky we have:
- poky-image-base
- poky-image-sato
and x11-sato-image is not any of them. Developers are free to create any images
but their naming should be consistent with other images.

linux-handhelds-2.6: Add 2.6.21-hh20.
* Changes since -hh19 are:
1. hx4700: Fixed regression with PCMCIA power management leading to PCMCIA
not working.
2. pxa2xx-i2sound: Fix logic error in power management, of unknown impact.
Warning: due to subtlety of code, this fix may actually cause regressions.
Need to test carefully.
