* while we are at it, add an upstream line to all makefile-nostrip patch files
(I think they are not applicable to upstream, please correct me if I am wrong)

evas cvs don't RRECOMMEND the svg image renderer. This means by default it won't land in images
-- which is good, since it drags in a whole lot of (unneeded and unwanted) packages. You can
still install it afterwards. NOTE: Fixing the dependencies / packaging of librsvg would be good.

uclibc: fix extra/scripts/gen_bits_syscall_h.sh for arm
* gen_bits_syscall_h.sh worked right for serval years
* unistd.h for arm contains now some syscalls starting with __ARM_NR_
* and thats why they don't get parsed over to the uclibc-header
* they are seldom used, but the cacao-javavm use one of them
* unistd_arm.patch fixes this issues
