bitbake.conf: Introduce variables to specify machine's display properties.
* Per RFC on the mailing list.
* Following variables added:
MACHINE_DISPLAY_WIDTH_PIXELS - width in pixels in hardware orientation
MACHINE_DISPLAY_HEIGHT_PIXELS - height in pixels in hardware orientation
MACHINE_DISPLAY_ORIENTATION - number of degrees hardware display orientation must
be rotated to be in "default natural use" orientation.
MACHINE_DISPLAY_BPP - bits per pixel
* Also, deprecate GUI_MACHINE_CLASS and replace with MACHINE_GUI_CLASS.

h4000, htcblueangel: Add pcmciautils to MACHINE_EXTRA.
* These machines have ACX100 internally connected to PCMCIA, and now
there's proper CardServices driver for it. At least while it is in debugging
phase, it is beneficial to have pcmciautils around. Don't pcmcia to
MACHINE_FEATURES, as the meaning of that is machine having full-fledges
PCMCIA support, and leads to installation of several additiona packages
which won't useful in this case.

autoconf_2.61.bb : fix a "bug" in autoconf where it treated CONFIG_SITE
as a single filename instead of splitting it into individual filenames.
This stopped autoconf 2.61 loading the site files.

parted 1.8.7: Set DEFAULT_PREFERENCE = "-1", requires autoconf 2.61 to be built properly.
* Requires autoconf 2.61. Without it, will build, but there
will be link errors when some other package will link against
libparted. This is actually due to fact that autoconf 2.61 doesn't want to
source OE site files. See #2633, $2634.

angstrom-e-image: move to non-working, since it is, well, non-working. The level of non-workingness is quite high, since e-wm is currently unbuildable due to ecore-native, and even if e-wm would build, its update-alternatives are wrong. So before this image can be moved back, all e packages have to get built, inspected, tested and if needed fixed.
