glibc-stage.inc: don't overwrite gnu/stubs.h

"make install" installs the full version. do_stage() was overwriting
it with an empty file that tricked openssh into calling setlogin()
and logging benign errors.

Also removing a couple of lines not required anymore, I think because
"make install-headers install-lib" was switched to "make install"
in e96e82cd.

Tested with 2.6.1 on x86.

glibc-initial.inc: remove FILESPATHPKG setting to fix glibc-initial_2.3.2

All v2.5+ recipes add glibc-2.4 as a FILESDIR or FILESPATHPKG if they
need it, so it's not required in the inc anymore.

Board boots fine with this kernel and gives the same features as 2.6.28.

hrw-linux-2.6.30-exp.patch is stripped version of linux-2.6.28-exp.patch
used in 2.6.28 recipe. It adds sound support and keeps Ethernet buffers
in SRAM to avoid Tx underruns.

Result was not too much tested.

linux: tweaked 2.6.28 for at91sam9263ek board

base.bbclass: add support for machine configuration fallback

To avoid duplicating a lot of configurations for similar machines we
needed to introduce a new concept of machine fallback.

It basically means that when a list is set in MACHINE_FALLBACK
variable, following is done:

 - those machines are added to the override list, after the machine
   itself;

 - if any of these machines matches, the package is dealt as machine
   specific one.
