ixp4xx-csr: split OE specific makefile patch parts out, correct patch dir names in 2.1

ixp4xx-csr: add support for the RTL8201CP in NSLU2 in ixp4xx-csr 2.1
 - this adds the missing checks for the Realtek 8201 series and
   thereby removes some unwarranted error messages on boot.

ixp400-eth: incorporate new patches from nslu2 CVS into 1.5
 - three new patches from dwery:
    continue-if-qmgr-init-fails, int-random, stop-on-rmmod
   change to device name (eth vs ixp) handling from rwhitby so that is
    works on non-OE builds (plus debug code added to debug.patch)
   sanitise patches to make them easier to compare

ixp4xx-csr: sanitise patch dates in 2.1
 - change all the dates to be zero to aid in diffing patch sets
 - against NSLU2 cvs

ixp-osal: merge with latest nslu2 CVS patch set in 2.1
 - there is no significant change in this merge, just whitespace
 - at the end of a couple of source file lines.  All patches are
 - now 'sanitised' to remove the date stamps (which otherwise
 - make comparisons difficult).

slugos: update floating CVS packages and ipkg to latest versions in conf

slugos: remove/correct references to openslug
 - apex: contains an absolute build sys path name (commented)

openslug-init: Add code to create /dev/rtc for the new RTC class driver by azummo.

ipkg : add 0.99.155 which fixes the following bugs:
* Fixed a problem when installing by hand. Now ipkg knows that a package has been selected by hand,
and, if every check returns ok, it install the wanted package, instead of selecting one from feed.
Moreover, now downgrade should works again.
* Fixed the "Replaces" bug. Now ipkg is able to replace a package also if it doesn't conflict.

unslung-kernel: Enable a couple more routing modules.

nslu2-kernel (and friends): Added the jffs2-endian-config patch to allow the JFFS2 endianness to be selected in .config for little-endian kernels with big-endian filesystems.  Replaces the jffs2-force-be patch which could not be pushed upsteam.  The MTD maintainer has agreed to consider the new patch.

unslung: Usability updates for Unslung 6.x - ipkg prints message when booted on flash, motd prints at login indicating status of on-disk or on-flash, status appears on home page in web interface, unsling now asks for root password, and some additional checks are made by unsling to avoid known problems that can prevent a successful unsling, added new unslung logo.

slugos: updated to nslu2-kernel 2.6.15 final.

openslug: updated to version 3.1, based on slugos-bag feeds.

ludeos: Changed to little-endian, based on slugos-lag.

debianslug: new distro for little-endian nslu2 kernel suitable for running debian
