initscripts 1.0: checkroot.sh: Stop doing random positive login regarding fsck.
* It's ok to do negative logic, for example limit scope of operation if we know
we can't do it (ex.: we don't support fscking something else but ext2/ext3,
so we have to ignore user's request to do fsck on other fstype).
* But it's not ok to do fsck if user didn't request it, or moreover if he
requested *not* to do it.

/etc/init.d/gsmd: Disable echo before powering on the gta01 GSM modem so that
the modem doesn't talk to itself during startup - fixes gsmd startup problem.
Also re-order disable of HW flowcontrol on shutdown to eliminate a crash window.

imagemagick/imagemagick_6.3.5-10.bb : new version of image magick.
fixed #1379 by disabling perl image magick as it is broken and looking
at previous recipe has always been broken.
fixed #2525 by pactching the -config files so binconfig can do its magic.
Have built kismet against it and kismet is happy
