nas100d-kernel: Updated for 2.6.15-rc2

base.bbclass: attempt to fix the staging .la problem
  - when using oe_libinstall to install a libtool library (.la file
  - present) into the staging directory (${STAGING_LIBDIR}) fix up the
  - installed .lai file so that it contains 'installed=no' - this
  - prevents libtool from subsequently using a copy of the build system
  - library if it exists in the final (target) installation directory
  - on the build machine (typically /usr/lib).  Remove the patches from
  - pcre_4.4.bb to match (it now seems to work without them), add
  - cherokee to the openslug (etc) build (it was failing because of this
  - problem.)

gpe-calendar: Add new release 0.66.

libeventdb: Add new release 0.17 using autotools.

  - the staging directory.

ntp: fix crash in 4.2.0
  - Remove gcc4.patch which causes a crash immediately after:
  - refclock_receive: at 2 127.127.1.0
  - because the clktypes array in clocktypes.c is incorrectly initialised,
  - see the compiler warning messages (from gcc 3.3.4).

nslu2-kernel: release 2.6.15-rc2

Add latest integral version to list of devices using small icons.

sudo: upgrade to 1.6.8p12 due to CVE-2005-1993
- Race condition in sudo 1.3.1 up to 1.6.8p8, when the ALL pseudo-command is
  used after a user entry in the sudoers file, allows local users to gain
  privileges via a symlink attack.

slugos: new ethernet driver, ixp4xx release 2.1, ethernet 1.5 (all slugos distros)
  - Release 1.5 of the ethernet driver is compatible (almost) with Linux
  - kernel version 2.6, consequently it has been possible to remove a very
  - large number of the previous patches.
  - Release 2.1 of ixp4xx-csr is substantially unchanged from the point
  - of view of kernel 2.6 compatibility, however it has extra functionality
  - which is used by v1.5 of the ethernet driver.
  - It is essential to either use 2.0/1.4 or 2.1/1.5 - the releases cannot
  - be mixed.

db-native: unbreak build of 4.3.29
  - adding a patch to db_4.3.29 breaks db-native, which needs the same
  - patch, moved the patch to 'files' since it should work on all versions

db: fix thumb uclibc operation in 4.3.29
  - uclibc thumb builds were using libpthread to implement mutexes, the
  - uclibc version seems to be a stub (at least on thumb).  This commit
  - fixes the ARM/gcc-assembly mutex implementation so that it has thumb
  - support and the resultant db4 works (tested on LE Thumb uclibc)

meta-opie: removed usbutils from DEPENDS as nothing in OPIE use it. Machines with USB Host function should depend on it in their machine config.
