libpthread-stubs: add version 0.3 and convert to new staging

opie-taskbar-images: unbreak for non-default extensions
The automagic change for RPROVIDES -> RPROVIDES_${PN} broke
opie-taskbar-images-WWWxHHH providing opie-taskbar-images. Unbreak opie
for most of the platforms (e.g. tosa).
