packaged-staging.bbclass: Change PSTAGE_PKGARCH to something dynamic

Currently, we make all pstage packages be locked to BUILD_SYS which causes
annoying warnings in some cases and doesn't allow for sharing between say 32
and 64bit (which is valid for target bits).

We now change to ${PACKAGE_ARCH}-${HOST_OS} for everything except for cross
where we need to encode HOST_SYS into the name as well.

SlugOS: package feed changes to drop x11, and unbuildable packages
This set of changes removes packages that pull in libx11, and
(temporarily) disables packages that won't build, mostly due to
gcc 4.4.4 issues.  Only tested on LE for the moment.

SlugOS: slugos.inc - Fix bluez dependencies
No need to build all of bluez if we only depend on the libs.

foxtrotgps: add recipe for FoxtrotGPS 0.99.4

udev/{acl,attr}: Fix install. Wanted to install to host /usr/bin/.

The subdirectory Makefile includes a file, that overrides the
variables inherited from the parent Makefile. Those where provided
to the parent make through '-e'.

Make sure the subdir makes also use '-e'.

(An alternative fix is to sed the include file.)
