qte 2.3.10: Rethink hardware platform defines.
* Let there be two major platforms, Zaurus and Wince. Let there be
two defines, QT_QWS_SL5XXX and QT_QWS_IPAQ, to define generic device
of the corresponding platform.
* Let there be also possibility to specialize for specific device of the
platform. But corresponding define must be always used bu the generic platform
device above.
* For example, QT_QWS_SLC700 is a Zaurus C7x0 device, and it always must be
defined together with QT_QWS_SL5XXX. Or QT_QWS_SIMPAD, an QT_QWS_IPAQ
specialization.
* As generic define is implied by specific, if we somewhere have test for
generic define, we don't need to additionally test for "specific" define.
* Thus, bunch of hunks in device-specific patches are superflous and can be
dropped.

qte 2.3.10: Use QT_QWS_CUSTOM consistently.
* QT_QWS_CUSTOM does *not* exist in qte 2.3.10 at all. It's hello from
2.3.7-or-something era. Before killing it completely, let's apply it
consistently to ease looking at config. QT_QWS_CUSTOM is referenced at
all *once* in entire OPIE codebase, in opie-launcher, and if its defined,
there will F11 key checked. Doing so not going to kill tosa.

opie-multikey: Rename buttons to add/remove custom keymap to be more clear.
* opie-multikey needs usability improvements at all - it may take a user
some effort to figure out that to change language layout, one needs to call
config (which lives on a key marked as shift), select language, and tap
OK at window top. Most people would tap "Add" and present with file selection
dialog with unknown to them purpose. So, name buttons "Add custom..." and
"Remove custom", to correspond to their function.

* Changes since -hh7 include:
1. Lab revamped somewhat, h3900 support for using LAB as 1st stage
bootloader completed (well, so far it was tested to boot at least from
HaRET, not as 1st stage bootloader).
2. Further cleanup/restructuring of the tree.
3. h5000, htcbeeltes, htcsable, htcmagician, htchermes updates.
4. htcuniversal full LEDs support and sound support elaboration.
5. htctrinity port added.
6. "[ARM] 4078/1: Fix ARM copypage cache coherency problems" backported from git-head.
7. soc-core address bus shift support (for ASIC3, etc.)
8. ASoC upgraded to 0.13pre1.

opie-taskbar: OPIE startup: Run OPIE on VT 3, as a workaround for psplash issues.
* psplash is finished properly before starting OPIE, it just leaves VTs in weird
state. It seems that actually OPIE cannot change VT to 2 after psplash, and instead
starts on VT 1, with console input activated, etc (i.e. user can type over
graphical framebuffer). Using VT 3 works ok.

linux-jlime-jornada6xx-2.6.17/keyboard-fix-deadkeys.patch:
* For the HP6xx to properly scan keys it needs to first
disable all unused scan lines. Without this patch many
keys appear dead and doesnt produce any output.
* Changes to linux-jlime-jornada6xx_2.6.17.bb to reflect this
patch addition.
