binutils: Use git instead of cvs for SRC_URI for upstream version of binutils
* Use the upcoming 2.21 branch as SRC_URI so that we can test it
and provide feedback to upstream based on our testing
use PREFERRED_VERSION_binutils-cross = "git" to select this
and test it in builds and reports issues.

fileselector: Bumped PV from 1.0 to 1.1.
Updated upstream source file with some bug-fixes along with a small
program called 'loading' which simply exists to display a black screen,
providing a stable background in scripts which use fileselector. Crappy,
I know, but it only uses xlib and is lightweight so why not.

dzen2: Modify dzen-extras, update Makefile and recipe.
Modularized the battery applet by moving the charge calculation
in an external script and adding per-platform functions. Made the
process a bit more efficient by adding a small program written in
C, dzen-battery, which calculates a battery percentage given two
standard files in /sys/class/power_supply and by moving processes
outside the main loop when they only need to run once.
Modified Makefile for dzen-battery.c

gtk+-1.2: Modify small-filesel.patch for better usability.
Modified small-filesel.patch, which now omits the "Rename",
"Delete" and "Create Directory" buttons and adds the file

didn't work so well for saving files, just opening them.

dzen2: Modularize dzen-launcher, update recipe.
Moved battery charge status calculation from dzen-launcher to
/usr/share/dzen/scripts/battery.sh, modularizing the process
for various different devices (nanonote, h1940, rx1950 and a
generic target for now).
Modified Makefile for battery.sh. All scripts are now installed
to /usr/share/dzen/scripts.
Bumped PR on dzen2-svn recipe.

greq-0.9.4: Add greq, a program for building gtk+-1.2 dialogs from scripts.
Added tab-delimiter.patch, which changes the delimiter between multiple
return arguments from \v to \t because busybox ash doesn't support arrays
and accessing individual arguments with cut is easier when they're tab
delimited.
Added wmclass-option.patch which adds an option for setting the window's
WMCLASS, along with proper defaults for window size and position.

gmu-0.7.1: Move RDEPENDS to DEPENDS.
Merged RDEPENDS into DEPENDS, because there is no practical difference
(I believed there was) and bitbake fails to build gmu under certain
conditions (such as building with BB_NUMBER_THREADS set) due to
half-built dependencies.

libsdl-x11 1.2.14: removing libtool-update.patch fixes alsa detection
A side effect of the patch is that alsa detection was disabled or didn't work.
For instance here's a short way to test the result of ./configure:
With the patch:
grep ALSA SDL-1.2.14/include/SDL_config.h gives:
/* #undef SDL_AUDIO_DRIVER_ALSA */
/* #undef SDL_AUDIO_DRIVER_ALSA_DYNAMIC */
And without the patch:
grep ALSA SDL-1.2.14/include/SDL_config.h gives:
#define SDL_AUDIO_DRIVER_ALSA 1
#define SDL_AUDIO_DRIVER_ALSA_DYNAMIC "libasound.so.2"
Note that libsdl-x11 builds fine without the patch under
the SHR distribution with the htcdream and nokia900 machines

linux-openmoko, linux-2.6.34: remove old 2.6.32, sanitize 2.6.34 and linux-openmoko.inc
* use linux-openmoko_${PV} instead linux-openmoko-${PV}
* use linux_${PV}.bb with latest stable patch as starting point
* only difference between linux_${PV} and linux-openmoko_${PV} is extra
include of linux-openmoko.inc
* .inc don't define UBOOT_ENTRYPOINT again (after machine config)
* .inc move KERNEL_IMAGETYPE to machine configs (as most machines have)
* .inc don't "fix' defconfig, use fixed defconfig instead
* separate patches used in shr.patch can be found in gitorious repo

usbutils 0.86: delete usb.ids if gzipped version is installed

usbutils 0.70 & 0.73: don't set DEFAULT_PREFERENCE = "1"
I think it may be leftover from earlier. Let 0.86 build by default.
Most distros already prefer it.

supertux/supertux-qvga : migrate to inc file, and fix supertux-qvga configure
supertux_0.1.3 and supertux-qvga_0.1.3 were doing that:
supertux_0.1.3: PR = "r6"
supertux-qvga_0.1.3: require supertux_${PV}.bb
And supertux-qvga didn't redefine PR
So I had to convert move supertux_0.1.3 to supertux.inc
and convert everything to inc_PR
supertux-qvga needed 2 things to configure tough:
*depending on libsdl-gfx(supertux can build without):
checking for rotozoomSurface in -lSDL_gfx... no
configure: error: SDL_gfx library required
* fix the following error:
checking for Mix_OpenAudio in -lSDL_mixer... no
configure: error: SDL_mixer library required
The fix is similar to
ac36d86725da867d691b16668d88f096d0b7da37
( libsdl-mixer 1.2.11: fix libvorbis's search path )
And the cause is the same:
configure:5791: arm-oe-linux-gnueabi-gcc [...] conftest.c -lSDL_mixer -lSDL -lpthread -L/usr/lib -lmikmod -ldl -lm >&5
/usr/lib/libSDL_mixer.so: file not recognized: File format not recognized
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
Note that the packages were visually inspected with find in :
supertux-0.1.3-r7.0/packages-split
supertux-qvga-0.1.3-r7.0/packages-split
PR was bumped in supertux.inc

WORKDIR should be used for the source directory of vimrc. This fixes breakage
for those using FILESPATHBASE/FILESPATHPKG/FILESPATH overrides
