gdbm: use full qualified permissions for chmod operations
An umask of 022 can cause 'chmod' to fail in a way like
| $ chmod -w X
| chmod: X: new permissions are r--rw-r--, not r--r--r--
It is better to specify 'a-w' because chmod is not affected by the
umask then and changes all permission bits.

we dont know why yet so we use -O2 meanwhile we figure

epiphany-2.30.2: unbreak build by disabling CA files

rng-tools: dep on argp-standalone for uClibc
argp is hierarchical argument parsing built on top of getopt, but is part of
glibc. Niels Möller created a standalone version, so make rng-tools depend
upon that when we're using uClibc.
