SlugOS init files: fixed network boot code for dsmg600 and added delay to ifup
(fix dhcp timeout before link negotiation complete) for network boot. Added
kexec boot script (no turnup support yet, manual only).

header files, like PXA ports.
7. ts-adc-debounce: Make number of Z samplings configurable, support mode
without debouncing.
8. h2200: Touchscreen should work really well now with latest ts-adc-debounce
changes.

* It makes *completely* no sense to just fail the udev script on first error
and continue boot further. Either it should try to ignore them, or halt system
boot. Otherwise, system in weird, semi-working state will emerge, without anu
notices of such state.
* This script for example fails on mount --bind and mount --move, which busybox
1.2.1 doesn't appear to handle correctly.
