package.bbclass: call PACKAGESTRIPFUNCS before populate_packages
Introduce run_strip_funcs() to call the functions in
PACKAGESTRIPFUNCS and place it before populate_packages().
This allows users of do_split_packages() to package the .debug
directories, which get created by do_runstrip().
do_split_packages() is usually prepended to populate_packages().

openssl: create package for openssl configuration file
* Add the openssl-conf package to the list of packages to
be created. This package contains the openssl.cnf file
which is used by both the openssl executable in the
openssl package and the libcrypto library.
* This is to avoid messages like:
WARNING: can't open config file: /usr/lib/ssl/openssl.cnf
* When running "openssl req" to request and generate a certificate
the command will fail without the openssl.cnf file being
installed on the target system.
* Made this package an RRECOMMENDS for libcrypto since:
* libcrypto is a RDEPENDS for the openssl package
* Users can specify a configuration file at another
location so it is not stricly required and many
commands will work without it (with warnings)
* Bumped the PR

Add new libisi recipe (libisi can talk to the nokia900 modem)
libisi will be used in fsogsmd for the nokia900.
As we can't use ofono directly we import some ofono parts in libisi,
and use that library in the vala code of fsogsmd trough a vapi file.

sane-toolchain: Switch to TOOLCHAIN_TYPE
Make use of TOOLCHAIN_TYPE and ${LIBC}-${TOOLCHAIN_TYPE} files
like Angstrom/SHR/etc do. This lets external toolchains work
with sane-toolchain.inc using distributions.

To make runalltests.sh configurable for default tests
This patch applied to ltp runalltests.sh script to make default set of test
suits configurable which is not the default behaviour.
By default rullalltests.sh invokes runltp wihout specifying any set of tests
to run. This patch will give the user option to chose from defaults suits
setting their respective variables named RUN_DEFAULT_SUITENAME to '0' or '1'.
Thus executing only desired suites.

This is simply a more convenient form of bb.data.inherits_class, as it can
accept any number of classes, and will return True if it inherits any of them.
This is similar to how isinstance() behaves.

samba_3.2.15.bb: Fix build failure on ARM/thumb due to GCC ICE
* As a hotfix we currently avoid compiling it in thumb mode.

* Consolidate eglibc/glibc to share common contructs in bbclass
* Move common code in eglibc to eglibc.inc
* By default use cross-locaedef to generate locales now instead of qemu

ti-pru-sw-edma-library: fix package dependencies
* This package is not installed on the target system but only
staged for use by other packages. Therefore it does not need
an RDEPENDS entry.
* The package does DEPEND on the ti-pru-sw-edma-driver being
built prior to building.
* Bump the PR
* Update SRC_REV
* Update COMPATIBLE_MACHINE

ti-pru-sw-edma-driver: do not strip driver
* Added PACKAGE_STRIP = "no" so that the module will not be
stripped and can be insmoded into the kernel. Failure to
do so results in errors like:
<module>: module has no symbols (stripped?)
* Changed PR setting to key off changes to MACHINE_KERNEL_PR
or the SRCREV of the module repository.
* Updated SRC_REV.
* Updated COMAPTIBLE_MACHINE
