SlugOS: nslu2-image.bbclass - use overrides to enable only for nslu2
This change effectively makes inheriting nslu2-image a no-op unless
MACHINE == nslu2, making it much easier and neater to support other
machine types with SlugOS.

Upstream advised to remove `-Werror` and is looking into it [1]. OpenBricks is applying the same patch [2].
A similar patch would make 0.9.2 compile, but this one here does not apply there (`CFLAGS="${CFLAGS} -Werror"` instead of `CFLAGS="${CFLAGS} -Wall -Werror"`).

distro/include/slugos.inc: Change DEPLOY_DIR and CACHE locations
* Current set of defines does not let slugos and ucslugc build in
one tmpdir, this patch will let that happen and there by increase

jlime-extras: Bump version to 1.0.6.
Bumped jlime-extras from version 1.0.5 to version 1.0.6 which
contains a new brightness control GUI and two jar files from the
