jlime-extras: Bump version to 1.0.6.
Bumped jlime-extras from version 1.0.5 to version 1.0.6 which
contains a new brightness control GUI and two jar files from the
microemulator project providing greater compatability for programs
which use Nokia or Siemens APIs (most older j2me games).

midpath: Define Nokia UI and Siemens API in CLASSPATH
Defined Nokia UI and Siemens API jars in CLASSPATH which

icedtea6-native 1.7.5: fix build on old build hosts
Set ALT_FREETYPE_HEADERS_PATH so openjdk-ecj doesn't look in
/usr/include for freetype2 headers.
Build xawt sizer.32 on x86_64. A precompiled sizer.32 is included in
the icedtea tarball, but this could be an accident, and it doesn't
run on older build systems that can't handle DT_GNU_HASH executables;
this later causes the openjdk-6 build to fail for 32-bit targets.

libomxil-bellagio: create and use recipe include file (INC file)
Create a recipe include file. The only difference now is, that the following version also include `PARALLEL_MAKE = ""`.

libomxil-bellagio_git: add Git version
The last release 0.9.2.1 is over a year old (2009-12-23).
Build tested with `angstrom-2008.1` for `MACHINE = "beagleboard"`. With `angstrom-2010.x` it fails with the following error.
