[asu] Create ASU/Om2008.8 task and image (to ease removing Qtopia from it)
    Create a separate task-openmoko-asu and openmoko-asu-image. The image
    is installing task-openmoko-asu and task-openmoko-qtopia-x11. It should
    be fairly easy to remove Qtopia for the people that want that.

The recipe was missing the PACKAGES_DYNAMIC field making impossible to
include the plugins in images

pam (1.0.2 and 0.79): install headers in ${includedir}/security

While building an O.S. Systems module that uses the PAM library this
problem has been found since the code was compiling fine in a lot of
different environments and failing on OE.

Checking the source has been noticed that upstream explicitely set
includedir in configure script but autotools class overrided it by
mistake. This fixes it to the desired behaviour.

cx3110x: Rearranging completely the cx3110x driver build

    1. Different package names to each kernel. Now we can provide packages to more than one kernel at the same repository.
    2. Creating inc file.
    3. Including init.d script to configure the right module.
    4. Adapting task-mamona to these changes

task-mamona: removing useless (til now) update-modules

task-mamona: adding cx3110x, but just for the nokia internet tablet devices

Remember, this will probably not work if you're using a custom kernel.

At the moment, if you want to use all the hardware from the tablets, you'll
need to use some proprietary parts, like network driver (umac) and dsp.

Until we get this working with 100% free software, this will be kept inside
task-mamona.
