pkgconfig : Add support for pkgconfig-0.22. DEFAULT_PREF = -1 pending
further testing. pkconfig-0.22.bb does not build. Native
version builds and corrects at least one issue with older
pkgconfig.

EFL: move from building snapshots to cvs again. Reasons:
1.) EFL gained a lot of momentum leading to constant changes
2.) Snapshots were just random cvs dates again. Might as well use SRCDATE to pin them down

2. SoC driver header files consolidation: now all they live in

.irq_base in platform_date, alloc_irq_space() and friends removed.

initramfs: New modular initramfs for booting kernel from various media.
* Design principles:
* This initramfs just mounts roots and runs init on it, nothing else.
* Whenever possible, existing kernel parameters are used. When extended
boot methods are provided, new parameters mimick/adhere to existing
conventions.
* System is modular/pluggable - each mount method is in own module with
more or less well defined interface, it's possible to construct complete
system with any combination of modules.
* Modules includes: initramfs-module-loop, initramfs-module-nfs, to boot
from loop devices (including recursive loops) and NFS, correspondingly.
