add pandora's defconfigs

There are 2 defconfigs now:
- arch/arm/configs/omap3_pandora_defconfig
  proposed kernel config to be used for kernel in firmware
- arch/arm/configs/omap3_pandora_debug_defconfig
  defconfig with debugging options enabled and most stuff built in
  for quick debug sessions.
