arm: mx3: update defconfig

Activate watchdog, rtc, usb, usb-gadget, keypad, audio for broader test
coverage. Disable remote controls. Activate ARM errata as mentioned in [1].
Rest of changes is caused by version bump to 3.1-rc9.
