fix build error with this message:

drivers/gpio/Kconfig:131:       symbol GPIO_DWAPB depends on IRQ_DOMAIN
kernel/irq/Kconfig:46:  symbol IRQ_DOMAIN is selected by GENERIC_IRQ_CHIP
