rockchip: rk3288-miqi: Sort u-boot.dtsi nodes alphabetically

Sort the nodes in rk3288-miqi-u-boot.dtsi in alphabetical order.

This has no intended change to board DT, this only rearrange nodes in
preparation for future changes.
