Merge branch 'omap-for-v3.14/tmp-testing-unstable-not-immutable'

We're making mach-omap2 to boot in device tree only mode for v3.14,
so let's merge in the pending work in progress patches to drop
legacy booting support.

Some testing of this branch would be appreciated.

If you're new to booting things with device tree, there are quick
instructions in commit cd9aa632b6bc (ARM: OMAP2+: Remove legacy
omap3 board-*.c files and make mach-omap2 DT only for booting)
