staging: unisys: refactor UltraControlvmChannelProtocolGuid

rename UltraControlvmChannelProtocolGuid to
spar_controlvm_channel_protocol_uuid, and change
ULTRA_CONTROLVM_CHANNEL_PROTOCOL_GUID to
SPAR_CONTROLVM_CHANNEL_PROTOCOL_UUID to match. Update references to the
old name.
