ARM: tegra: Update default configuration

  controller (needed by the Toradex Apalis Tegra30 Evaluation Board):

  - SND_HDA_PATCH_LOADER
  - SND_HDA_CODEC_REALTEK
  - SND_HDA_CODEC_HDMI

  Enable watchdog support:
  - WATCHDOG
  - TEGRA_WATCHDOG
