But, since those functions handle PCI express link state, a pointer to struct pcie_link_state is more suitable than a pointer to struct pci_dev. Changing a parameter to a pointer to struct pcie_link_state makes ASPM code much simpler and easier to read. This patch also contains some minor cleanups.
