Documentation: devicetree: Add Exynos-based boards compatible string

This patch adds the missing compatible/description of Exynos-based
boards to remove following build warning.

WARNING: DT compatible string "samsung,..." appears un-documented --
check ./Documentation/devicetree/bindings/
