staging: vt6656: rxtx.c s_vFillRTSHead PK_TYPE_11A allow fall through AUTO_FB_NONE

byFBOption == AUTO_FB_NONE (0) is the same as PK_TYPE_11B

Reverse if condition to break and allow fall through.
