staging: unisys: fix ULTRA_SPAR_CHANNEL_CLIENT_CHK_TRANSITION macro

Rename the macro to SPAR_CHANNEL_CLIENT_CHK_TRANSITION, and rename
CamelCase parameters to:

chanId => id
logCtx => log
