rhashtable: optimize rhashtable_lookup routine

Define an internal compare function and relevant compare argument,
and then make use of rhashtable_lookup_compare() to lookup key in
hash table, reducing duplicated code between rhashtable_lookup()
and rhashtable_lookup_compare().
