linux-handhelds-2.6 2.6.19-hh10: Add new release.

* Changes since -hh9:
1. Added aximx50 port.
2. IR and battery classdev support for h4000.
3. Battery classdev support for htcapache.
4. Generic TS drivers for ads7846 & ad7877 chips (used for h4000 & htcapache).
5. Sound support for rx3000.
6. asic3_base s3cxxx clocks compatibility issue fixed.
