linux-libc-headers_2.6.37: fix SRC_URI

actual SRC_URI can't work because :
- linux-libc-headers-2.6.37.tar.bz2 or linux-libc-headers-native-2.6.37.tar.bz2
don't exist on kernel.org's FTP
- there is no file://defconfig
