CONFIG_PPC_EPAPR_HV_BYTECHAN adds support for the Freescale hypervisor
byte channel tty driver.

CONFIG_VIRT_DRIVERS and CONFIG_FSL_HV_MANAGER add support for the Freescale
hypervisor management driver.
