pylibfdt: correct license information

Setuptools 78.1.1 shows warnings:

* Pattern 'GPL' did not match any files.
* Pattern 'BSD-2-Clause' did not match any files.
* SetuptoolsDeprecationWarning: License classifiers are deprecated.
