postgresql: Update from 8.4.4 to 8.4.7, drop 8.1.x, 8.2.4

We update SHR to pinning 8.4.7 (safe upgrade) and drop
8.1.x (EOL) and 8.2.x (un-pinned and EOL this year).  We also
un-pin SHR (at Martin's suggestion).
