ARM: imx: Fix CONFIG_BOOTCOUNT_ALTBOOTCMD duplication on Data Modul i.MX8M eDM SBC

Deduplicate the config files again, move CONFIG_BOOTCOUNT_ALTBOOTCMD
into common imx8m_data_modul.config .
