Automake:
  * Add gnu-config to its RDEPENDS.
  * Add m4-native/m4 to DEPENDS/RDEPENDS.
  * Apply a patch to fix more usage of AC_PATH_PROG() paths in a runtime
    binary.  autoconf was doing so both with PERL and M4.
