mupdf: Add keybindings.patch, disable ccache which breaks compilation.

* Added keybindings.patch which is jlime-specific, and changes some
  keys to better fit our keyboard layouts.

* Added CCACHE = "", disabling ccache because compilation is broken
  with ccache installed.
