conf/distro/jlime-2010.1.conf: Update jlime config

* Use less hardcoded strings in IMAGE_NAME
* Bump coreutils version
* Bump binutils version
* Switch from kdrive to xserver-xorg-kdrive.
* Make possible to override TARGET_OS.
