bk4r1: Re-convert CONFIG_AUTOBOOT_PROMPT et al to Kconfig

This converts the following to Kconfig:
   CONFIG_AUTOBOOT_PROMPT
   CONFIG_AUTOBOOT_KEYED
   CONFIG_AUTOBOOT_STOP_STR
